Project Management

Project management of the building work comprises:

  • Preparing contract documents.
  • Ensuring the contractor complies with the specification and contract terms and conditions.
  • Preparing periodic valuations and certifying payments to the contractor on a monthly basis.
  • Issuing instructions to the contractor during the course of the work.
  • Preparing and agreeing the final account with the contractor.

For about 5% of claimants we go on to oversee the design and building process of their new home.
